You choose how often you receive your indicative profit distribution. At the end of the participation period, your full principal is returned per your contract.

Transfer your participation amount via bank transfer to Globex Horizon Investment L.L.C. (Trade Licence 523059, TRN 100291112900003, est. 13 December 2000). You receive a signed bilateral contract and a security cheque covering your full principal on signing day — before your transfer is confirmed.

Your funds finance the supply chain and purchase order flow of the Globex Horizon operating group. The Company assumes all commercial risk — invoice collection performance, supplier terms, and operational outcomes do not affect your contractually agreed indicative return.

Choose quarterly, half-yearly, or annual profit distributions at signing. Each payment is made to your nominated bank account — UAE or international. Your indicative rate is fixed at signing: 15%, 20%, 24%, or 28% p.a. depending on your participation period.

Dubai Court Registration
Your participation rights are formally registered with Dubai Courts. Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2022, you have the right to apply for precautionary freezing of all Globex Horizon assets upon any default — without prior notice.

No. This agreement does not assign, transfer, or pledge any specific invoices, purchase orders, or receivables to you. Your sole contractual right is to receive the agreed indicative return and the return of your principal at maturity per your signed contract. The Company retains full control of its commercial relationships and operations.
Early exit before the end of your participation period triggers two consequences: (1) a 10% penalty on your participated principal, and (2) full forfeiture of all profit distributions received up to that point — which must be returned to the Company. Your net refundable amount: Principal minus 10% penalty minus all profits already paid. Exit terms are documented before any funds transfer.
Yes. All profit distributions and the final maturity settlement can be transferred to any bank account globally — UAE, India, UK, Europe, or anywhere else. UAE residency is not required to participate. Standard banking procedures and applicable regulatory requirements apply.
